The Dogtor. is a company incorporated under US law. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "T&Cs") are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable federal and state regulations.

4.3 Taxes

The Dogtor. delivers throughout the United States and, where applicable, internationally. Delivery timeframes are provided as estimates and vary depending on destination and chosen carrier. The Dogtor. cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier or to force majeure events.

6.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and chosen shipping method. They are displayed to the customer before final order confirmation.

6.3 Receipt and Claims

The customer agrees to inspect the Products upon receipt. Any issue (damaged, missing, or non-conforming product) must be reported to hello@thedogtor.store within 48 hours of receipt.

7.2 Exclusions

For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened, partially used, or unsealed Products cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of a proven product defect.

7.3 Refunds

For accepted returns, a refund will be issued within fourteen (14) business days of receiving the returned Product, to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of error by The Dogtor. or a defective product.

The Dogtor. warrants that Products conform to the descriptions on the website and meet applicable quality and safety standards for animal dietary supplements in the United States.

The Dogtor. does not provide veterinary advice. Information on the website or product packaging is for informational purposes only and does not replace the opinion of a qualified animal health professional.

Article 9 – Intellectual Property

All elements of the website (texts, images, logos, trademarks, trade names, formulas, packaging) are the exclusive property of The Dogtor. or its partners and are protected by US and international intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, or exploitation constitutes infringement and may result in legal proceedings.

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before initiating any legal proceedings. Customers may submit complaints to hello@thedogtor.store.If no amicable resolution is reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except where applicable law prohibits such a clause.

15.3 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, the customer agrees that any dispute with The Dogtor. shall be resolved on an individual basis and waives the right to participate in any class action lawsuit.
